Please measure your dog’s neck with a cloth tape to ensure the best fit. If your dog is at the top end of the below size guidelines, we recommend choosing the next size up. The collars are adjustable, and you always want to be able to fit at least two fingers between your dog’s neck and the collar, for safety and comfort.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. We will not return or exchange your purchase if it has been 30 days since you purchased it.
To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
